Welcome to my website. I am a Nature photographer from the Netherlands. In my Galleries you can find a diversity of nature images captured in several countries in Europe.

In 1978 I was struck by the phenomenon of photography and I got for my 15th birthday a Konica TC SLR camera and captured my first images. Light conditions play a major role, means waking up early in the morning and keep shooting until sunset to get the most beautiful atmosphere moments captured. It also gives a good feeling to be in nature, walking and looking for beautiful photo opportunities and enjoying wildlife.

For some time I use the Canon EOS 7D, EF 300mm f2.8L IS USM Canon EF 200mm f/2.8L II USM, Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro, Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS and Canon converters 1.4 or 2.0. Sometimes using a tripod or bean bag support.
